Ashley Godwin is a dedicated and results-driven real estate professional with a passion for helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions—buying, selling, and renting investment properties. With a strong foundation in client care and over a decade of professional experience, Ashley brings a unique combination of empathy, business acumen, and attention to detail to every real estate transaction.

Originally from Visalia, California, Ashley moved to Colorado in 2006. Before launching her real estate career, she spent seven years working with a therapy company, supporting seniors in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Long-Term Care environments. Her background as a Certified Nursing Assistant in long-term mental health care has shaped her ability to guide people through stressful and emotional decisions with patience, compassion, and professionalism.

In 2021, Ashley founded Creekside Home Services, a company dedicated to helping property owners manage, maintain, and enhance their homes and investment properties. Her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to exceptional service have made Creekside a trusted resource in Golden and the surrounding areas.

Financial Reconciliation Specialist
Heather Lang

A proud Colorado native, Heather brings over 20 years of diverse professional experience and a strong background in the oil and gas industry to her role at Creekside Home Services. Her career has included a wide range of positions—such as Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Land Lease Analyst, and Regulatory Analyst—along with deep expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, and contract management. This broad foundation gives Heather a unique ability to see the big picture while managing the details that keep operations running smoothly.

As Financial Reconciliation Specialist, Heather plays a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of all property-related accounts. She oversees invoice processing, payment tracking, financial reporting, and account reconciliation across multiple properties. Her sharp eye for detail, organizational strength, and commitment to accuracy ensure that records are always up to date and discrepancies are resolved efficiently.
Heather is known for her dependable work ethic, strong analytical skills, and ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments. She takes pride in working efficiently, improving systems, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Abigail brings a well-rounded background in organization, communication, and client support to her role at Creekside Home Services. Currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Development at Red Rocks Community College, she also holds multiple certifications in Paraprofessional, Associate Teacher, and Assistant education from the College of the Sequoias.

With over four years of experience as a preschool teacher and six years as a dance instructor, Abigail has developed a strong foundation in teamwork, attention to detail, and providing exceptional care—skills that translate seamlessly into the fast-paced world of property management. Her patience, reliability, and excellent communication make her a trusted point of contact for clients, tenants, and team members alike.

At Creekside Home Services, Abigail manages a wide range of essential administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, tenant communications, vendor coordination, financial tracking, and preparing reports. Her ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping operations running smoothly makes her an integral part of the team.

With over 25 years of experience in the retail industry, Tammy brings a wealth of knowledge in customer service, organization, and operational efficiency to her role at Creekside Home Services. Known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, she successfully transitioned into the property management field to focus on data entry, invoicing, and administrative support.

In her current role, Tammy is responsible for managing and processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business. Her years in retail taught her the importance of precision, accountability, and clear communication—skills she now applies daily to ensure smooth and efficient backend operations.

Tammy is valued for her reliability, adaptability, and positive attitude. She’s passionate about learning new systems and streamlining processes, always looking for ways to improve workflows and support the team.

Whether she's offering a warm welcome to clients or brightening up meetings with her playful charm, Sage knows how to make everyone feel at home.

Snow, our wise and loyal Yellow Labrador Retriever, may be getting older and her eyesight isn’t what it used to be, but she’s as sweet and loving as ever. A laid-back soul who prefers a comfy spot in the sun over a busy day, Snow brings a calming presence to the office. Her gentle spirit and kind nature make her a favorite among visitors and staff alike.
